Mickey Mouse, hot dogs and French fries

As you may know, Carol and I drove up to Disney on Sunday to spend time with my sister and her family.
I didn’t really dig the Snow White ride, but my 3 year old niece sure did.
And I did kick some serious a** in the Buzz Lightyear game.
Besides the fun, I love to go to Disney to get an idea of just how fat everyone is becoming.
I’ll tell ya, I’m happy to report that this trip to Disney was different than the rest.
(Remember, I live in Florida so it’s easy to go for a day)
Yes, people actually seemed to be smaller this time around.
I didn’t see nearly as many people so fat they have to ride those motorized scooters.
And there were even some healthy options for snacks.
Sure, there were still plenty of severely overweight people.
Yes, the first food vendor I went to was featuring, get this, Hot Dogs with McDonald’s French fries.
But I’m tellin’ ya’, it was better than last time.
Only slightly, but better.
And just like anything else, ya gotta believe.
You’ve got to believe we’re going to be the ones to help turn the tide.
Fewer fat people at Disney is a start.
And a start is a good thing. We’ve got to start somewhere.
Let’s roll up our sleeves and get to working SMART.
Who loves ya?
Yours in prosperity,
Jim Labadie

Read this and succeed (where the people are)
The past few days I have been writing about the ease of going where the people are.
I’ve written about making your life EASY by incorporating proven systems into your business.
And as promised, today I will show you EXACTLY how to do this.
My good friend and customer BJ Gaddour has it down.
To me, he’s in the right place.
His business focuses on where the people are.
He creates boot camps at corporations.
And he’s making a killing doing it.
His workouts get absurd results for employees.
The executives couldn’t be happier with the results.
BJ also thrills his campers with the music based exercise he has become known for.
Best of all, you are literally a click away from becoming a business owner who takes 15 weeks of vacation per year.
http://TheWorkoutMuse.com program he has just released today is off the charts.
As a Fitness Professional member you will have total access to his digital group training, nutrition, and business systems.
Each and every month you will receive updates to their members zone to keep you and your group training business on the cutting-edge.
Simply put, I cannot recommend BJ, his systems or information highly enough. He is the definition of a go-getter. He is the consummate pro.
Here’s what you get for a ridiculously affordable price (just go the site and you won’t believe it either)
- Proven rapid fat loss training and nutrition system that has our clients consistently lose 2-3 lbs of ugly, unwanted body fat per week
- Downloadable mp3 music files updated monthly so that you can just stroll into a workout, pop in your music, press play, and coach and supervise an UNLIMITED number of clients so you can make an UNLIMITED amount of income.
(note: Think about that. His system help you train an UNLIMITED number of clients at one time)
- Every single group training business resource they have used to build their group training empire (including both their corporate wellness program and general fitness boot camp program)
- This includes over 4 hours of bonus audio content where they explain their training, nutrition, and business systems and how to apply them to create/improve your group training business
- They provide marketing materials, press release samples, contracts, forms and many other resources for you to build your group training empire.
- They’ll tell you what you need to do to become a fitness celebrity and local fitness expert so you can have clients beating down your door to train with you
- You’ll eliminate a year-long learning curve because they spill their guts about all the mistakes they have made in the process so you can have even quicker and greater success than they have had
Look, the people you want as your clients are at work right now. They’re all in one place at one time. The company they work for is getting killed on health insurance costs.
Go where the people are. Go to the companies who are DESPERATE for an affordable solution.
http://TheWorkoutMuse.com literally shows you how to do it.
Click on the link and then choose the Fitness Professionals option.
It very well may be the smartest thing you do all year.
Trust me.

Why YOU started your business
April 29, 2008 by jim · Leave a Comment
Most people who start a business simply create a job for themselves.
And because they are the owner AND the employee, they rarely get to take a vacation.
The dream was freedom.
But the reality is often just more stress.
Plus, no more paid vacations.
If you go where the people are you have a much better chance of living the dream.
More loot.
More time off.
And all while helping more people.
Tomorrow I’m going to show you an incredible system you can use to help make the dream come true faster.
It takes advantages of group training.
It takes YOU to where the people are.
Personally, I think it’s brilliant.
You can decide for yourself tomorrow.
If you didn’t love me before, you will tomorrow

Hey,
Carol and I are off to Disney right now - just a 2 hour drive from where I live - to meet up with my sister and her family.
I’m pretty psyched because my nephew and niece will be there. And since they live up in Jersy, I don’t get to see them all that often. Is there anything better than seeing the look in a little kid’s eye at a theme park?
Anyway, I’m going to write more on this tomorrow, but there’s something I really want you to grasp about making your business a whole lot easier.
Go where the people are.
There’s more to it than the obvious.
Again, I’ll explain more tomorrow. Actually, over the next couple days.
Alright, I’m outta here. I’m off to have some fun!

This is an intense workout

Short and sweet today.
I’m guessing as a fitness professional you put a great deal of intensity and focus into your workouts.
I’m guessing you create a fitness plan for yourself.
I’m guessing you schedule time to workout.
I’m guessing you have fitness goals.
I can only imagine what your finances would look like if you took the same approach with your business.

How I started my business
April 29, 2008 by jim · Leave a Comment
It took what felt like forever for my car to finally appear.
I was in Sanford, FL - aka, the middle of nowhere - waiting for my ‘96 Jetta to be unloaded from the Auto Train.
Yes, that’s the train that carries passengers and their cars from just outside Washington, D.C. to Florida.
Mine was loaded with everything I owned. Seriously.
I had made the decision a couple months prior when visiting friends from college in Tampa. There was no way I was spending another winter freezing my rear off in Jersey.
So I sold my furniture and stuff. All that was really left was some clothes and my computer.
I moved in mid-June after having made the decision in April. Plenty of time to get a business together, right?
Got a website going. Incorporated. Named the company.
All that kinda stuff.
I really had zero clue what I was doing. Or what I was in for.
But I sure was determined.
A few hours later, after getting my car, I arrived at the apartment of my college buddies. Their little dining room became my office, bedroom and closet.
That’s where this all began. In a dining room that wasn’t even my own.
It all started with a dream. One BIG dream.
My savings were spent pretty quickly. The kredit kard bills started to rack up.
But I always knew it would work. I didn’t have too much of a plan. Just a dream and determination.
While I don’t recommend the complete lack of a plan whatsoever, I do recommend following your dreams.
They do come true.
Who loves ya?
Yours in prosperity,
Jim Labadie
PS - Let my friends Pat Rigsby and Nick Berry show you the plan I wish I’d had. Things have turned out great, but there was a lot of stress and sleepless nights along the way. You can avoid them by clicking here: http://www.PTBusinessPlan.com
PPS - Yes, all of the above is 100 percent true story.

The fitness blindspot
April 24, 2008 by jim · Leave a Comment
Everybody has pride.
Everybody has an ego.
I’m certainly no exception.
What’s interesting is how these two things can create blind spots and obstacles for us.
Sometimes our pride and ego prevents us from using a proven system that will make our lives easier because WE didn’t create it.
Do you insist on writing your own workouts?
What if someone is better at it?
Would you let your business suffer because your pride is wounded?
What if you’re better at writing workouts, but there’s a system you can use that is pretty much every near bit as good as you?
Would you use it and save the time and effort?
Or would you insist on doing things YOUR way?
This coming Tuesday I’ll be introducing you to a very unique system that delivers amazing results.
It won’t be YOUR system.
But it WILL make your life easier.
And it WILL get your clients results.
So start to think about it.
What’s more important to you?
Your dreams of more loot and time off?
Or your pride and ego?
Love ya no matter what the answer
Yours in prosperity,
Jim Labadie

Inside: How to reward your clients the right way
April 23, 2008 by jim · Leave a Comment
To make this as simple as possible I’m going to put these in numerical order:
1) A client or boot camper reaches one of their goals and they are feeling extremely proud. You’re very proud of them, too.
2) You reward their hard work and accomplishment in two ways.
3) You send them a greeting card with a personal note expressing both your admiration and gratitude.
4) Inside the card is a small gift. Perhaps a gift card. Just a simple token of your appreciation to reward them for their hard work. This simple reward encourages the behavior that has made the goal attainment possible.
5)The next time the client sees you they thank you for being so thoughtful. You respond by completely overdelivering and give them yet ANOTHER gift.
6)This gift is a package of your favorite brand of supplements. The brand you sell, of course. You let the client know you are supremely confident this product will help them achieve their next goal.
7) They are more than happy to give it a try. You have already helped them reach one goal. They have the upmost confidence in your expertise and ability to deliver results.
You now have an extremely happy client. One that will be more than thrilled to refer business your way. And one that, more than likely, will be purchasing those supplements on a regular basis from here on out.
9)If you use the Send Out Cards system #3 and #4 take you about 5 minutes to take care of. You don’t have to go to a store and get a greeting card. Never mind the gift card. Send Out Cards does all the work. You need only walk over to your computer.
10)If you are a Prograde Pro #6,7 and 8 are a breeze. They can’t get Prograde products in stores so they can’t find it someplace else cheaper and cut you out of a commission. And the auto ship program keeps you from having to carry any inventory. You just collect checks.
11) You begin to do more than just read these emails. You start to follow my advice and you make a lot more moolah. You have more time off. You enjoy your life. You help more people.

100 calorie snack marketing
April 22, 2008 by jim · Leave a Comment
I’m pretty certain you’re well aware of the 100 Calorie Snack craze.
100 Calorie Snack Packs of chips, cookies, candies…
Like it or not, it’s brilliant marketing/packaging.
But it doesn’t do much to help your clients and boot campers with rapid fat loss.
That’s why Jayson Hunter and I are making available to you one of the bonuses from our http://CarbRotationDiet.com program.
It’s our 100 Calorie Snack Report.
You can use it to give as a free bonus to your:
- Clients
- Boot Campers
- Info product customers
We give you full rights to do with it what you want when you give it away as a no cost bonus.
BUT you cannot sell it on its own.
It’s a short and sweet guide that lists out snacks that are either “approved” and can eat any time. Or “occasional” snacks that should be eaten, obviously, only on occasion.
You can download your copy, including digital images, here:
