This is the kind of drive and determination you MUST have if you want to run your own personal training business.

I LOVE ROCKY! I am always talking about Rocky’s infamous determination and drive and the “stair climbing in Phillie.” I encourage my women in my camps to give their all when we train esp. on the stairs! Thanks for the post!

Today is the worst day of my life. I am broke, I am discouraged and I am ready to give up my dream. But, when Sly decided not to just get a job and go after his passion, it made me stop and think. I don’t know why some people seem to succeed at everything they do and others struggle, but someday with the same determination that Rocky had when he said, “It’s not getting up that matters, it’s how hard you can take the beating that life gives you and you keep getting up” (something like that) that’s what matters. Keep bringin’ it

This is the only way to play… There is no highway option! As trainers, motivators and inspirators this mindset must be artistically, altruistically and articulately employed to empower and ensure the success of our clients, colleagues and ourselves… “Gonna Fly Now!”
